There’s been so much chatter about AI lately, but there are of few “non obvious” trends I’m following that you might have missed.

This can be done through chatbots, live chat, or voice-activated assistants.
Conversational commerce is becoming increasingly popular as it allows businesses to provide a more personalized and engaging shopping experience.
This is where AI can actually be a powerful driver, but training chatbots on your own product or content mix!
Super Meta Take: However, one way to stand out might be to use actual humans for live help in a sea of AI / bots.
The growth of live commerce.
Marketers, agencies and publishers/platforms are still in the early stages of testing live shopping features, but they believe it has the potential to shape commerce media and video content — especially for younger consumers.

This is a great way for businesses to build relationships with customers and create a sense of urgency. Live commerce is becoming increasingly popular as it allows businesses to connect with customers in a more personal way.
Desire for brand personalization.
Whether or not you USE AI to help message is one thing, but I see the rise of influencers, voices, and segmentation WITHIN brands as an important differentiation in a world full of deep fakes.
This can be as simple as projecting a specific brand voice from real ambassadors and other users OR website personalization based on behavioral user targeting.
